My finalists:
Stairway to Heaven, Led Zepplin Screaming in the Night, Krokus Tom Sawyer, Rush She sells Sanctuary, The Cult The Cradle Will Rock, Van Halen Foreplay/Longtime, Boston My choice is The Cradle Will Rock. Van Halen was in top form, this song is well written, well arranged, and well produced. It has a very good solo, I love to sing along, and it sounds good when turned up loud. |

I listened to this just the other day and lost it when the chorus started. Anyone who is a Family Guy fan stop what you're doing and listen to this song when you can. If you can make it through the chorus without hysterical laughter, then Seth McFarland hasn't ruined you yet. |

Both Jimi and SRV versions never, ever get old or stale. This one is probably my favorite version. Right around 3:30 I think is my most favorite moment in all of music. Don't ask me why. ;P |
