unfortunately needing to swap these bolts now hold up my install which i was doing today :-(

Just got back from leave for the holidays to beta's PM so I checked the thread out...

I recently just bought the AKG eng/tran mounts and was waiting for warmer temps to put them on. But the way you guys are raving about these...man. lol seems like that's always the case for me. Buy something, it gets cheaper/better product comes out a week later. :

what to do...what to do...

Just sent the email to order a Road set!! Looks like I'll try to put these in, change out a leaking PS hose and do a coolant flush at the same time.

All you that have done this swap so far, did you check the bracket bolts by chance? If so, how were they?

This is how my M Coupe came home when I first got it. If it wasn't for the vanos accumulator, I would have been missing two on the right side. I ended up replacing two on the left side, but need to remove the bracket to line it up better so that the Motorsports bolts fit (bracket is just barely skewed enough for them not to fit).

My new motor mounts have already shipped!!

Haven't done the swap but did my bolts already.
Mine were in place and visually looked OK.
When replacing them they were just barely more than finger tight.

Thansk guys. I've got the bolts ready to install, but like everything else just waiting for warmer weather to change them out.

inTgr8r - i take it by the pic you did driver's side as well? Piece of mind or were the bolts 'finger tight' on that side too? just curious...I only ordered bolts for the passenger side

It's been a long grueling TWO days since I've ordered my mounts but they were waiting for me when I got home today!!

Wow, Harbor Freight has their engine support bar on sale also AND I have a 20% off coupon. Might have to go shopping tomorrow...
