Dealer 32,900. PP 30,300
Does it have the sport package ? Keep in mind that the low mileage is nice but some things like tires and seals do not age well. |

I think the right price is in the $25k-$27k range. I traded in my 2007 3.0si coupe, similarly equipped, with 16k miles last July and it took the dealer 3 months to sell it and even with CPO warranty they got less than $28k.

I've said this before, I own a fully loaded 3.0si coupe but if I could do it over again I'd prefer one with everything minus nav, it just makes the interior feel outdated given the z4 and x3 were the last models to utilize the mkiv system (while everyone else moved onto I-drive). Plus one of the key trademarks of our cars is the simple layout and the no-nav makes the interior that much more like that of a true sports car (clutter free). It was only after I added the intravee the nav became more beneficial but I wouldn't "pay up" for one.
Also it might not matter now but hold out for the right trim. I wish I had waited for the carbon fiber trim since it's so hard to come by. My aluminum has incurred scratches over the years and I have no idea how. Wood is really love / hate and depends on the color of your bar but carbon works on anything IMO. I too would not pay more than $28, anything more and you should be looking at the M. |

Exactly. You're in M car territory once you crest $28/29k.

I don't like the nav as well. besides dating the car I understand that every time you change the radio station the screen pops up. This would drive me crazy |

So true! I wanted Nav since my prior car had it. When I sat in a Z4 with nav I hated the interface, the slow menus and controlling the whole thing with the tuning knob on the radio. The screen is kinda ugly on the dashboard. Having the screen to see phone data and MP3 data is nice. The phonebook read thru the single line on the radio is kinda silly and there's no MP3 data other than track number.
Without nav you get a little extra space in the center console too. I use my DroidX for GPS and set it over the lock and hazard buttons. It puts my phone at the perfect angle for viewing and is the perfect size slot to hold my phone securely. |

Example: The Beatles Sgt. Pepper A Day in the Life or: Classic Rock Vol. 1 Jimi Hendrix-Electric Ladyland Voodoo Chile While the Nav isn't as sophisticated as current offerings, I find having access to my music info and incomming caller info much easier to read than that pencil thin line in the non-nav business radio models........... YMMV John |

^ word. I get mp3 data. My only gripe is the number of characters per line.
Nav is dated and the interface is odd, but I don't mind it. What I do mind is the frickin' thing will pop up whenever you tracks.
