Tommy Kaira Rowen Spoiler made for E89 useable on E86?
I know it's not everyone's taste and I'm definitely not one to rice up my car but I came across this spoiler for the E89 and was wondering if anyone has ever tried to fit one onto an E86?
I think it *could* look good but really there's no way to tell without seeing it... Also I don't know anything about the manufacturer and can't really find much (probably not a good sign) Last edited by ZMCoupe; 02-07-2015 at 09:55 PM.. |

Looking at pictures, it would probably be easier to pull that off on a roadster. On a coupe, the bootlid lip is already much higher than the fenders.
The Hamann spoiler below curves straight down. The TKR spoiler curves back up and then down. http://i01.i.aliimg.com/wsphoto/v0/3...LER-b-font.jpg http://preview.netcarshow.com/Hamann...006-800-0a.jpg It would most likely need modification to fit regardless. If you end up putting it on, make sure to post pics.

That wing looks like it can fit in a E85 too much easier. If the points were the screws go right fit it would not even need modifications but they do look pretty far apart.

This!...The TKR spoiler is exactly the sexy, low key look I have been looking for. I have also been trying to figure out if it can be bolted onto an E85.
http://www.bulletproofautomotive.com...-rear-wing-frp has it for $1600! I also keep finding shit on Aliexpress for like $450...I assume they are knockoffs. Is everything on bulletproof ridiculously overpriced or is it all just the very best shit you can get?? |

Ok, so I can't photoshop...but here I took a stab at it with MS paint. LOL ...in retrospect, I should have shrunk the spoiler down a bit more than I already did..

Whether the authentic piece is 'overpriced' is hard to say, it's really all subjective when it comes to car parts. However, do know that most Japanese parts such as this will be $$$.
