Race Ready Supersprint Stepped / RPI Exhaust
This is the raunchiest sounding exhaust I've heard on a Z4M. Note you need SuperSprint Stepped Headers to work with the Stepped Section 1. Note the SuperSprint Connecting Pipe set was welded to the Supersprint Xpipe by my mechanic. The welding is done superbly, but this was a mistake IMO. It fits perfectly with the RPI cans. However, if you don't mind this it's a great deal because the connecting pipe set is over $200. I would much prefer to sell the entire set together, and you will have an amazing sounding exhaust system. Note that it was too loud for me to use on my daily and track driven car. SuperSprint X Pipes These retail for over $600 and the Connecting kit is over $200. This includes the aforementioned connecting kit welded onto the Xpipe. These are in great condition. Was on the car for ~5000km. This can easily be removed in <1 minute. The silencers don't really make much difference. These retail for $999 and the silencers are about $50. This is a GREAT exhaust system if you want the most flow and an insane sound. Last edited by eggman51; 08-30-2021 at 06:54 PM.. |

Item is located in Canada and the borders are closed so I have to ship from V5K-2T9 in Canada.
Looks like the cost is ~$120 USD. I can label the package such that there will be no duties or taxes payable. Let me know how this sounds. Normally I pop over the border and ship from the US and it's considerably cheaper, but I can't do that right now. Cheers, Eamonn |

It was insane. Sounded great, but I live in a city where the police frequently stop people and issue heavy fines plus requirements to return vehicles to stock configurations. My car was so loud there was just no way I was going to avoid that eventuality.
At the track, it tested at 102db where 95db is the limit. When I added the silencers from RPI it tested at 97db, still above the limit. I got black flagged at two track days, costing me a few hundred bucks in registration fees for a couple of laps per day. For reference, the factory Ford GT Le Mans race car tested at 104db at the same track. Keep in mind this setup is about as loud as you can get... oversized SuperSprint headers, with oversized SuperSprint straight pipes section 1, and SuperSprint X pipe into the RPI "mufflers" and surrounded by a Fancy Wide diffuser (which seemed to amplify the sound). Maybe no mufflers is louder, or a car with cams, but this was bloody loud. It sounded GREAT imo. But just not practical for a car I daily drive and the tracks I visit that have sound limits. I think the RPIs with normal-sized headers and/or a catted section 1 would be quieter and sound really good, but I was outta patience for experimenting because I was itching to get some track days in 2021. Cheers and *bump* Eamonn aka eggman |

If you're willing to sell the silencers separately, I will take them. I've been trying to get a set and RPI hasn't responded to my emails.

I think we'd both be better off if you get them direct from RPI. Cheers! Eamonn |

Yeah, you’re right. I’ll keep giving them a try. Thanks for the phone number! Hopefully that works better than their email, haha.
