Thanks guys! It sure is a neat part on the car in person. I had it on my coupe this afternoon to snap a few pix for the archives and while gassing up I had a handful of peeps commenting on it already

The CF under this high performance clear looks alive with its 3D weave. This one lady, me thinks Persian, said "OMG, that looks like jewelry!".

So the roof doesn't require adhesives to install? It can be easily mounted or unmounted any time?

Not really. .....at this point.

There are only 4 bolts that hold it in place, but You still need a weather seal.
Plus you would need a finisher in place of the headliner.

These are things that will come with the moonroof development.

I will be using adhesive on mine.
I will however be looking at a way to trim inside to have the CF exposed instead of putting the headliner back.

out of curiosity, how long does each one of these take to build?

Interesting Ian, I didn't really think that guys might want to actually SEE the CF from the interior view unless they were sans the headliner for roll bars or track cars.
Sounds like you could just use the the Moonroof liner I'll be making for those kits ?!

No need to ruin your OEM liner .

^ no plan to cut up the liner, it goes into storage & save the 11lbs
Will just black out the metal frame for now.

The R&D on these took me a few years while I was still employed.
Each one individually is taking about 40 hours and getting faster with each one.

From what I can estimate thus far, I should be up to two per week pretty soon now that all processes are dialed in and tested.

ALthough my production boxing and packing is being tested with Ians first shipment on about 2500 miles. Insured and out the door.............
