What brand are they? How well do they fit? Are any of the mounting tabs broken?

They came with the car when I purchased it so I'm not sure what brand is it but here are the parts numbers on the grill and trim.

Left Trim BM07021-1L
Left Grill BM07021-2L

Right Trim BM07021-1R
Right Grill BM07021-2R

these don't come up for sale used too often. a nice change to the front of the car and will look even better once my csl style gunmetal wheels go on.
