Small upgrade, but pleasing nonetheless. Since I have a couple of burned out bulbs in the interior and with ECS Tuning having the ZiZa LED interior kits at 50% off, I took advantage and bought one for my M Roadster.
Might see about ordering a set of Apex ARC-8s later in the week too.

I bought this same kit for my E86 the last time it was 50% off and am very happy. Easy swap (though some bulbs required a bit of flexibility) and the final result is great - exactly as the pictures show. Nice and bright but not blinding.

Just got the kit in last week, they are scheduled to pull the engine this week and get it to the machine shop. Took 6 weeks to get the kit, and they are estimating 3 to 4 weeks to be back from the machine shop.

Unfortunately, hurry up and wait seems to be the theme. I will get you some pics this weekend when I get up to the shop.

My hood (bonnet) bumpers blew out somewhere along the way. Needed two of these:

And got in the rest of the valve shim tools/parts.

My hood bumpers are blown out too but I heard they don't last very long and to be honest I haven't missed them. Do you notice a big difference?

I'm with you. I have no idea when they were lost. The rubber does a good job on its own, but once I knew they were missing, it bugged me.

I'm such a hypocrite. I know I said over and over again I don't like the exposed CF look, but with the soft touch plastic disintegrating over time on the steering wheel, I have no choice but to "recondition" it. Decided wrapping with 3M DI-NOC vinyl would be the cheaper way to go rather than replace the parts. Or painting it.

While I had all the parts off the steering wheel I decided to paint the covers too, since the soft plastic on them are starting to scratch and wear off too. Especially around where my thumb rest on the nook on the steering wheel.

Hope the DI-NOC will last. Surprised at how pliable it is with just a little bit of heat from the hair dryer.

Nice wagon! I'd get one for my wife but she was traumatized as a child by her mother's 'country squire' faux woodies. She'll drive an SUV, but just say the word 'wagon' and she has a fainting spell.

Looks great. Would you help me do mine when it needs "recondition"? I'll bring beers, lunches, dinners, etc
