You made the statement "you cannot drive this thing on the track, normal Z4M will be faster" - about a car who's end-goal is to be a lightweight track weapon, not to mention its extensive use of carbon fibre, go-fast bits etc. etc. To which I laughed. Troll-free |

Sorry if i wasn't clear earlier. increasing front and rear track or playing with offset of a BMW with mcpherson front suspension requires INTENSIVE redesign of the whole suspension. that is just the technical knowledge i can offer right now. Please don't reply to me, reply to what i am saying (the content), or you can not reply at all, this is my point of view, you can have yours or convince me with technical data or be convinced with what i have to say. |

Oh my! This is impressive so far, can't wait to see the completed item!
Any even estimated idea yet on cost of a full carbon panel setup?

Great looking body.
Can't wait to see the finished product. FYI: Nitto Invo look cool, but are crap compared to many other high performs tires

Very nice idea. I did not read through the whole 6 pages (didn't feel like reading opinions...), but can the rear fenders and bumper be installed on a roadster?

While I don't like the "bolted on" pieces, the shape is EXACTLY what I would have it look like. Those pieces would seem to be an ideal model to make molds from. If a person could get those "bolt on" pieces and mount them to the factory panels, it should be easy to glass plug molds and then form new carbon panels.

I seriously doubt it, unless you consider undoing all the custom fab and rebuilding the individual original panel mount locations plausible. I imagine it's probably like a rebuild after a serious rollover accident kinda scope of work. Maybe I'm wrong though, someone with hands on experience may know better

All of the parts being made for this full carbon z4m, are replacement parts. That means if you keep all your OEM panels, you should be able to put it back to stock if you decide to sell the car. |
