I just want to ask a question to ironZ4M: since the lubrication of the ASA blower is a cut out from the oil circuitry:
1- Is the Castrol TWS 10w-60 suitable to the ASA T1 521?
2- Aren't you afraid to contaminate the oil from the supercharger damaging your engine components ?

im confused by question number 2????

Re question 1 i see no reason why the blower wouldnt be perfectly fine running Tws through its veins....... as oil goes its about as good as it get anyway, lots of the highly tuned GTR guys swap over to it ;-) Where the problems come in is the temperature..... The asa unit must not see oil temps of 140 deg C according to the literature, on a supercharged car, in a hot country, with a blower also heating the oil i think this could be an issue... the stock oil cooler will need uprating, hence im suprised gpower didnt supply one with the kit.

However, the OP may never track his car or use it hard for long periods so it may not be an issue, Iron, how do you plan to use this car??

I think that the ASA blower needs a thinner oil. the 10w 60 is too thick
also the engine would run hotter than the blower making the oil viscosity inadequate to the blower, what do you think bee?

i think you may have a point but im not to sure... all i know is im definatly not a fan of setups that share engine oil as its just something else to go wrong.....

the blower will definatly introduce more heat into the oil circuit....

Beedub I'll tell you the real truth that I felt when I drove the car for the first time I felt like it's a tuned car only I coudnt feel that much power I gained with the supercharged while I didn't use the Octane booster becoz we should run the car with 98 Octane and above. the water cooling pumps were not running also so again a hot air coming in I used to use something called dashDyno to measure every single thing in the car G-power asked to buy it to check the Air Fuel Ratio to know is the engine running rich or lean. That moment when I drove the car for the first time I was about to cry and say what the shit is this. We connected that I'm not sure exactly if it called DashDyno or DynoDash it should one of these two this machine is like the Vbox that of ppl using. Anyway, I got 73c Temp. Sucked in to the engine which too high and atmosphere Temp. Was 26c. We went home to check whats wrong with the pumps and we found that they were not connected it was wiring issue then temp. Drop from 73c to 48c. I added that octane booster to rise the octane a bit more only for the test and did the test and found there is difference. I'll make a better videos today and new pic's. And I need to buy also boost gauge. To know exactly how much we are exactly running on. I'll make a dyno runs soon with normal fuel which is 95 Octane, I'll buy a race fuel 100 octane unleaded and I'll post the dyno results.

dont worry my friend, you will have moments like this.... this is what happens with these tuned up cars, let me tell you, at one point my supercharger unit failed (fault of my tuner) and i literally felt like giving up and committing suicide, nahhh shit happens.

i MUST advise you to get an incar setup, i went to town on this part and installed imo the best solution possible, which not only looks amazing but is of genuine quality and ADDs to the interior, looks amazing.... check out my video.... wait till the interior shots for the gauge setup, i went with a Proper wideband AFR stack unit with Peak throttle recall and real time monitoring of AFR, LFR, and pretty much every featured related to fuel ratios, very very cool, i went with boost gauge and oil pressure, for you oil pressure is now Probably one of the most important things to monitor as your blower will need a solid oil pressure..... i wont lie, it ran well into the thousands but was well worth it..... i can now see instantly when im lean, or see if boost is low and check my oil pressure real time!! Makes me feel so much better as any FI motor should be monitored properly.........

Note ; i took oil pressure from the stock location for low oil pressure light, i moved the low oil press to the unused rear post and custom made and little distribution block to use the front port, oem look and feel and the best place to take oil pressure from.

Give this guy some time to respond, its likely he's run into a few issues he'd like to sort out first before updating. Its not easy being one of the first to get a different kit, there's some trial and error involved

agreed with ya beedub. And I dont think that G-Power didn't think about it what I mean is G-Power already made and tested the G-Power M6's and M5's and that cars is using the same oil. I may not have oil overheat even above 100c deg because I may run the car on the track once a year if I had the chance and only in winter time. Actually I havent got the car in a hard drive yet to check If the oil temp. still stable. Oil won't be contaminated unless it got mixed with other fluid or even a moisture would make that situation.

if you think so how about turbo cars same as the Z4 M HPF now the are using the same oil and the turbocharger in the turbo car will get more heat than the supercharged cars. What I think we are in a safe mood. BTW, I'll ask G-Power about that and make 100% sure.

I'm going to buy these gauges. Probably I'll use the same gauges you are using they look good. from where you bought them. I'll use VP race fuel. I won't lie I have no much knowledge about race fuels. did you use Race Fuel?

I'm uploading the videos I made today. I made a video for Cold start, AFR on idle and a test drive to check the AFR on full throttle.
