I have same issue when it supposedly have intall the new revision. The sound is a constant rattle when car is moving over semi-rough surface. My shop call TCK for a replacement an it took them two weeks to ship the replacement. TCK have to rework the shocks. I forgot exactly what the excuse was. It was cover under warranty because I had the shocks for less than a year.

My car do not have the constant rattle noise after replacing the shocks. It is have some noise which is normal. TCK knows about this issue. You should call them to get a replacement.

The ride is much better than stock when it is at full soft. I run 500/600 spring rate to elimiate the dip-and-swat.

RobMCoupe, how long ago did you get your struts exchanged? The last time I talked to TCK, they mentioned that they have an even newer version of struts available in Feb or March this year.
