I e-mailed the promoter for this event. I the first flier I saw, at the bottom of the flier., he said he needed Z's. Here is his responce

Bob,

Please be sure all of your Z's are encouraged to come on the 12th.

We have 16 Z8's confirmed, thats got to be some kind of reccord.

If you are willing, I could use your help to short list 4 Z4's & 4 Z3's for the Marque area.

So far I have the following:

#1 19?? Z3 M Coupe Yellow Ron Inchausti
#2 1997 Z3 Rodster White Don Brothwell
#3 Needed
#4 Needed

#1 2007 Z4 M Coupe Inerlagos Blue Kevin Hite
#2 Needed
#3 Needed
#4 Needed

If you could gather the foollowing for each I would like to send them info the week prior.

Look for ward to meeting you on the 12th.

Bbq starts at 11 a.m so far one list is here and the other is on the m5board.com...I will post on the e39 on bimmerfest...I will get a good number of people by the end of the week...think alot of people will be coming as will promoting the bbq event on a few bmw forums...and you know when Laidback promotes it, it's going to be gooood meet

I'm not so interested in the featured area. Maybe when I complete more mods I'll show it off.
So, if a large group is still leaving from the valley at 7, I'll leave then. If everyone is going at 6, that's ok too. Let's figure this out.

There is a caravan I am organizing on the west l.a side... we will meet at 6:45 a.m at the 76 gas station in Santa monica and Sawtelle right of the 405 freeway and leave at 7 am to go to C&C ...
