Whats the widest 18" setup for front and rear ? Currently running 4degrees up front with a TCK setup.

With that much camber you can run the 18x9.5" et35 front wheel with a 265/35/18 and have proper front fender clearance. On the rear you could run an 18x10" with a 275/35/18, or run the the 18x9.5's square with the same tire size for a rotatable neutral setup.

All of the 18s have high disc clearance as well so that I don't have to worry about running spacers with a Stoptech ST60/ST40 355 setup?

The 18x9.5" et35 wheel has a 1mm clearance issue with a stoptech 355mm kit. A 3mm spacer solves this. BUT if you were to run a meaty 265 in an extreme summer tire or even more importantly an r-compound, you would most likely need a spacer for strut tube clearance anyway. So you'd be killing to birds with one stone. With a small spacer basically anything fits except for a brembo 380mm kit.

Does the 9" require a spacer with the 355 6pot kid ? Please confirm, will likely make a decision this week and get a set ordered.

Yes, it is a 5mm spacer, could probably get away with a 3mm. Keep in mind I was running the TCK D/A at the time, no idea how the clearance will be with stock suspension.

9" has lots of clearance, no need for spacers.

No the 18x9" does not need spacers for caliper clearance. Its spokes are flatter, which results in better clearance:

Here is an 18x8.5" wheel with no spacer clearing a 365mm Brembo 6 piston monoblock kit on an E46 M3. The 18x9" wheel has a few millimeters more clearance behind the spokes then the 8.5" wheel.
