FYI, thanks again for this list. I just called Dennis at Center BMW and made an appointment. The person setting up the appointment said they don't provide loaner vehicles unless you purchased your vehicle there but he is having Dennis call me back to see if he can make an exception since I told him I was recommended by a friend.
