Check out my Mstache! Any interest in a front lip like this?

I've been wanting a front lip for a while and there isn't much out there. I wanted something that looked clean and OEM but more aggressive than stock yet still practical since I daily drive my car in LA. I have a friend that does composite work with fiberglass and carbon fiber. So we started on this idea a little over a week ago and I'm amazed how fast the process has been. So excited with how it's looking so far!!!!!!

Below is a photo of how the lip will look except it will be in fiberglass or carbon fiber. (Ignore the dirty car ) I will have better photos soon, hopefully tomorrow.

So, what do you guys think? I talked to my friend and if there is interest we can make more and he said he could do it for under $500 for CF and under $400 for fiberglass.

Let me know if you're interested and if you would prefer CF or FG. If we have interest I can figure out exact pricing and they will be ready to ship within a few weeks.

Oh and yeah some of you may be wondering about the thread title, LOL. When we were working on this I pointed out to my friend how the template looked like a mustache and then I said "Heyyyy I should call it the Mstache!" and it just stuck.

ooh more lip designs to choose from, yay!
I like your Mstache Nikki. Very attractive

Are there more shots, possibly from different angles? I'm currently not set yet on a final decision as far as a front lip goes, but this is a contender for sure

LOL thanks!! I will have more probably tomorrow. I realize now it looks kind of flat from that angle but actually it is not, it's a flat piece but then built up in the middle. You'll see soon.

I gave in to peer pressure and paid for an APR lip/splitter. But if I end up not liking the APR one, your Mstache is next on the list =P

lol yeah, so many popping up all at once x_X
I was just going to wait for all of them to get produced, and then decide thereafter by comparing prices and specs, etc. etc.
But got peer-pressured into that APR one

I like this one's look better than the APR. More subtle.

I guess I'll be the strong one lol. Again, I wasn't a fan of the rods although I recall OP saying that the rods were not necessary, but just the thought of drilling in a pristine bumper scares me lol. And after I put on the coils, I don't want to deal with further ground clearance issues.

Some more teasers...

And I'll get some on the car later today.

edit: oh and FYI I should mention again that the final product will be fiberglass or carbon fiber. This is just the template.

OK here are some better shots on the car I just took during test fitment. It's basically all set except we need to just get it more flush on the side because it's hitting the splash guard so we're going to trim that on the inside a little. The rest fits great and will be perfect once it is mounted for real with the screws and double sided tape. When that is all set we should have it ready for production soon so I can post up pics of the real thing. Still not sure whether the first one will be fiberglass or carbon fiber.

Seeing these photos is making me love it even more than I thought I would.

It's looking good Nikki. Nice that we finally have some options out there for our beloved M's. I think it's cool how the vendors really didn't give us much to work with and then we took it into our own hands.
