I'd be very interested in headers that don't require a tune, assuming they make the same power as other catless systems.

^ It's always a give and take for sure you will make more power but never will be like having straight pipes, but the Idea is to have it in a way that you can swap the cat's in only for inspections and run no cats the rest of the time, It would still on you to do the extension for your O2 sensors down to sec 1 for inspections so it would work properly, at this point is all theory, I would still have to work and test this before I can know if it will work the way is suppose too

We still on process, The muffler assembly company called us today and they will start working on it this week, one of the guys that was taking care of our stuff end up in an accident off-roading but now things are back on line. We also will send out the other parts of the exhaust to the other manufactories this week.
It's a long process and very slow but will be worth the wait. |

I have one type muffler on works right now and two more on study,
We are looking to make a Magnaflow version and a Borla version as well as the current one in works to see the difference in sound and performance so that is one of the reasons for take little longer time, but I want all done before February tho |

Any idea on whether the emissions-friendly headers will be available then?

The headers will be w/o cats but with sec 1 you will be able to swap some cats there for emissions purpose.

News, Since our exhaust will sit above the current placement from factory we will be able to put in the market right after the exhaust a rear diffuser and full underbody tray.
Our system will be ceramic coated all the way to the tail tips what make possible to fully enclose the underbody and create low pressure under the car, but we most likely will offer a version for people that do not use our system just not very sure about the rear diffuser as of this moment for those with factory mufflers. After the exhaust is 75% done I will open a new thread about the underbody tray and explain how it will reduce engine bay heat and better cooling for the differential.
in the mean time if anyone have question you can ask here. We will work on a resale price around $800 for the full tray as a start point. |

Yes and No, A exhaust is not just the pipes, so in our system the ceramic coating has a purpose, since we increased the diameter of the pipe.
Bigger diameter pipes flow slow and the flow will be cooler causing back pressure, using ceramic coating inside and out of the pipe will keep the heat trapped inside tanking longer to cool down. Hot gases flow faster then cooler ones. that is the easy way to explain. |

Will any of these mufflers be "quiet(er)"? I played the catless game with RPI mufflers and nearly had a heart attack due to fear of police harassment. I'm still catless, but want more sound then the stock mufflers. Just nothing too crazy loud.

Hmmm....bigger dia results in a reduction in flow....
You sure about that ? <- ME Quote:
