front corner bulb replacment - socket won't come loose??
Howdy- I am trying to replace a dead front corner bulb [ the ones at the upper rear of the front lens assembly]. I can't get my hands into the #$% space to loosen the lamp holder assembly.
I have the tire off, the access door off, the light box rear cover off, and I still cannot get the bulb holder to unlock, unscrew or whatever. it turns about 180 degrees but does not release. It's FRUSTRATING because I can't get my thumb and finger in there, I can turn it with two fingers but can't unlatch it. any ideas ? has anyone done this? regards rob |

You just pull firmly. They don't really lock into place by twisting.
