Header Install Kit
Just curious as to where y'all are sourcing your parts out from when installing new headers. Are you going with something like what Bimmerworld puts together "complete header install kit" or you sourcing parts out from the dealership ?

I'm about to install my aftermarket headers, in all honesty I was going to go to the dealer out of convenience.
Not all headers require the conversion to longer studs (the Fabspeed ones I have for example can use factory studs) which are included in the Bimmerworld Kit, so that'd be overkill for myself.

I purchased many of the same parts a la carte from ECS Tuning and it came out to be a about $10 more. If I were to do it again, this Bimmerworld kit seems like the better deal.

Just curious what headers you got? I installed my SGT and reused my original bolts.

I used Tischer. The longer studs are only necessary if your new flange is a lot thicker. A lot of headers will not require new studs.
Also if you do a header install you 100% should also replace the O-ring on the constant pressure valve because they often leak. It is a 5 dollar item and a million times easier to reach when the headers are off! https://www.ecstuning.com/b-ecs-part...iABEgKsavD_BwE
