Having trouble determining if these wheels will fit and could use some guidance.
F: 18x9 +30 245-40R18 R: 18x9.5 +25 275-35R18 Based on the offset calculator, the front would stick out an extra 25mm. The rear seems like it would fit perfectly. Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated! Purchased the tires, and the original wheels I had in mind are on back order for 2+ months. |

I can't confirm but it "seems" ok. The rims will be very close to making contact on the inside. Probably nothing a 5mm spacer can't fix. Those tires are quite skinny for the rim width so that can only help make it fit. A stance look for sure with this setup.

I just put on Rival S in 255/40/17 on 17x9.5 ET35 wheels, square. Stock suspension. 5mm spacer up front to clear the suspension since I have camber washers for -2.7* up front. 12mm spacer in the rear so they are more flush. No rubbing in normal driving/parking but I have an autocross event this weekend so we'll see what happens. I had no rubbing with 2013 Rival in 245/40/18x9 ET38 and 275/35/18x10 ET25.

I know its been done but I can't find the details on how to make them work..... are the rims a direct bolt on or spacers required for an '07 Z4M roadster?? Sorry only had the car a few weeks and it came on snow tires for heavens sake......

Hey guys,
Just wondering if these will fit? Noteworthy: Looking to drop the car to fill the gap between fender and tyre after the wheels are fitted. Front: 19x9.5" +23 Rear: 19x10.5" +38 If not what would I have to do? Looking at picking up a set of semiforged wheels: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1266813 Last edited by Caosa; 07-06-2016 at 12:09 AM.. |

Sorry I missed this. I don't have any pics hosted at the moment and can't get tapatalk to work...so below are a few links to some fb pics showing the front fitment. Pm me an email address and I can send you whatever you'd like to see.

I ended up buying a dedicated autocross 17" square set up from Tire Rack for my Z4M (Kosei K1 in 17x8.5 et 40 with RS-3 tires 255/40/17) and am wondering about wheel spacer needs.
The car is all stock suspension wise, with the alignment pins going to be pulled when the new set comes and is aligned to get more negative camber up front. Tire Rack is providing 18mm spacers and longer bolts for the rear, but I am wondering if a front spacer is needed. Checked on willtheyfit.com and it looks like they will push in 4mm to the strut. Would there still be enough clearance that suspension rub will not be an issue? Thanks!

currently running
8.5 x 18 ET 29 9.5 x 18 ET 23 absolutely perfect setup imo , very aggressive and zero rub, it will STILL rush the liners at the front edge of the front bumper in track extreme fully loaded , full compression but we are talking a scuff no where near to rub through the liner just mark it with the faintest of lines. Im also running semi slick tyres which tend to run wider also. this stagger, offset and width really work after trying numerous wheel combos.

I get a super deal on Fast wheels through work and since I need new tires, figured now's as good a time as ever for new wheels - but I'm not sure the specs they're selling me will work based on my own homework.
These are the options they have: They're telling me 18x9 ET40 square will work, however I don't think that's right. I'm thinking 18x9 ET30 square, perhaps with a small spacer in the rear if I want more of a flush fitment to the fender. Anybody have any suggestions? I'm hoping I can figure something out because my cost would work out to be about $145(CAD)/wheel, for pretty light, flow-formed wheels that look half-decent. |

Complete lapse in my thought process I will admit. I liked the idea of being able to rotate/swap wheels back to front. But then I remembered shortly after that post that I was going staggered tire sizes still so went back to 18x8/18x9 sizes (which dropped the price even more).
Now if only I could find somebody to code my TPMS to FTM I can save $250 and order new wheels. |
