I believe the diffusers will fit a M couple. In all models the bumper has to be modified. That is how the diffuser was designed by BMW. I am sure I say a DIY for this somewhere. I hope that helps.

One caveat is that it was only designed for the regular Z4, so for an M model you have to add a cutout for the right side exhaust. See here.

Hopefully another will come around. I had my GF (works at stealership) search for one today and none in stock in the US or Germany...SUPER rare part.
