Just placed another order with you last night.
4 orders in about a month has earned my respect - due to 1) knowledgeable help, 2) great prices, 3) My local dealer service sucks, and they are incompetent compared to Tischer - it's faster to order online than to go to the local store.

I never get a reply when contact through website. What is the best way to contact them concerning parts arrived slightly damaged?

The message system through our website is spotty at best....hopefully the company that makes our software (Trademotion) can get a fix on that soon. The best way to contact us is by directly emailing getHelp@getBMWparts.com, or shoot Jason or myself a PM.
