thank you scott! for letting me drive the m3...there really isn't a better way to test drive a car than on the track and in somebody elses car
yeah that was great, but I didn't get home till 11 last night. I was nearly home and I hit a huge pot hole that blew my tires sidewall out and dented my wheel Found out my insurance and roadside coverage only covered $50 or 6 miles, and tow co charge $7 a mile and I was 30 mi away. Found out that my bolt patterns the same as a 350z so I borrowed my buddies and saved a couple hundred After I got home I knocked out and in the morning my body shut down and went in to cold chills...but was it worth it? hell yes, how about buttonwillow next week? JK! Now to go get my compressor up to blow chunks or rocks out of my car....

So the first video, I caught the tail end of Sean's off track in the Boss, and a close up of Roys in Turn 1. That Caterham is so fast, I don't even try to fight, just pull over and let him pass
[u2b] [/u2b] The gopro died in the middle of my best lap, but this one was only .12 diff. [u2b] [/u2b] |

nice scott!
I didn't even realize what I did wrong until I saw your video...looks like I over compensated the steering and dropped a wheel in the dirt. Probably bc I was used to going a lot faster in that turn than what the s2k could offer In your second video, you were definitely using the track up and weren't much different from my line except through the chicane...you could here the understeer in the second to last cone. In that section I'm still coasting straight b/c I set myself up more to the right. You definitely have a sub 1:30 in there. So how does buttonwillow sound on the 18th? If you guys are down I'll delay my vacation w/ the wife to the 19th...might be a bit early for some, but this time we'll have a nice group of instructors again as well, not to mention this is where the 400+ hp will shine

I need to be more technical through the chicane, rather than trying to just power through it. Raiders v Lions December 18th in Oakland, but ill be there for the next one |
