Exhaust Solution
Is this a good idea???
im plannin on purchasing these magnaflow mufflers ( http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/s...ne=main&id=762) and taking them to a muffler shop. They will put flanges and any bracket pieces neccssary on so the mufflers will sit properly. Then i will have them bolted on. Im not sure this will work but i really want to try. Any input?? |

Definately would not work for a 3.0i or si.
Pretty doubtful it will work for an M too. If you look at the ARQRAY post in this forum, you'll see the tips and the cans are angled. Really gotta get under the M and see how the piping is run to be certain if this will fit. |

Alot of work needs to be done on the exhaust to get it to fit, right. Check with palantirion for some details. But I wouldn't try and get it done by a shop unless you were totally confident in their abilities. BMS has a custom setup for stage 1 and 2 with magnaflow jigged for the Z4Ms done already.
