ESS Supercharged Roadster
We installed a CFR-500 kit in a very nice Roadster this week. Even with 111 deg intake temps it made 483 HP and 340 ft/lb tq. The car had Dinan 4.10 gears in it and was a joy to drive. It brought back some old memories

Currently we are testing it in a low boost application without cooling 525 HP to see how the kit runs if the cooling system fails. We will turn the boost back up to 600-625 HP in the next month and finish US tuning.

Saw the vid of the ESS M3 ripping up tires at the track. Was just a little crazy

ESS should make a cheaper kit for 5-6 grand. Say 400-420 HP, that way I could afford it and I'm sure many other member's would feel the same way. I just can't shell out 11-12 grand on a supercharger kit. What do you think Rom3n?

driveable HP?
Rom3n,
Any feedback on your kit in Z4MC's on the track? Not "racing" but "club driving" Would a brake upgrade be recomended to balance out the HP gains? Any other mods. you recomend befor the Supercharger? thanks CF |
