Bimmerworld- One of the best I have delt with
Rouge Engineering- Some of the coolest car guys I have met and also get customer service carcareonline.com- some of the best detailing supplies around. This guy is local to me and his detailing knowledge is amazing... not to mention he races Porsches and is recommended by Ferrari NA.

+1 on Rouge Engineering and Apex Wheels(super service).
Tischer is great and has bent over backwards for me but they gotta do something about the min UPS charge. $9-10 for a few .25 plastic rivets is crazy. BavAuto also is good. Got a bad pressure bleeder from them. They sent me a new one for no charge and told me to keep the old one for parts. ECS Tuning and Turner also have been good. DDM tuning really blows. I ordered a OEM car cover and paid for it plus $15 UPS. They emailed me later(4 days later) and told me they need another $20 for freight(on a car cover). I told them to go screw themselves. There are others that have been somewhat iffy but I will let them slide. If you read some of my posts you know who they are. This is coming from a guy who has spent $7000 Plus on parts and mods on two M's.

My favorite places to buy are
1. Bavauto - BavAuto has price matched any online price I have ever found and I will be a life long customer. Also I live in Boston, (Bavauto is in NH) so the standard ground shipping is like over night shipping for me. Shipping is free if you spend something like $200.00. 2. Getbmwparts.com Has some great pricing for oem parts however free shipping should be included if you spend x amount of money. Just bought from Redline Motorworks... I will update this as soon as I my order arrives. |

I like ECS Tuning, I ordered many parts from them and they were always quick on shipping the only problem is sometimes their shipping is a little on the higher side.
UUC Very easy guys to deal with it, and the product was very good with great quality, they are a little slow on answering calls and emails tho and I hate the spam on my email all the time. I will post more later as this thread gets bigger. |

Totally agree! I have ordered a couple things from Tisher but recently I went to order a couple small bolts and when I went to check out it was $15 in shipping for what was two plastic nuts and one chrome engine cover bolt! Instead I ordered from Pelican Parts.... Customer service was just as good and shipping was dirt cheap. I think Pelican parts should be added to the list as well

Kudos to EAS - treated me very well with the Arqray purchase. They are also a strong supporter of the forums, which probably takes a lot of work.

That's exactly what my issue was as well! Bolts. Parts cost like 6 bucks and more than twice that to ship it. Come on, I mean, seriously? Have to give Pelican a shot--thanks. |

+1 for BavAuto. I tend to notice details. When I ordered new FCAB from them, they threw in a few hand wipes in the box. Small details like this go a long way in my book, because at the very minimum it shows that someone was thinking... "If I was ordering this part, what sort of job would I be doing? What else would I need? What can we provide them that will help?"
Great prices, everything has been delivered as promised, and they haven't screwed up any of my orders. |

Tischer - best prices on oem parts 90% of the time
Rogue Engineering - outstanding quality on their line of aftermarket parkets Bimmerworld - always fast & reliable shipping UUC - probably the best prices if you're looking at H&R or any of their in-house product lines due to their consistent 15-20% off promotions. however, customer service is somewhat lacking. between shipping wrong products, shipping delays, etc - it gets really annoying at times. and in those instances, they never get out of their way to remedy the situation (ie next day shipping, partial credit, etc.). it's almost as if these situations are 'normal' to them. |

Tischer (www.getbmwparts.com)- GREAT service but minimal shipping charges are expensive for small items.
Pelican Parts (www.pelicanparts.com)- I have ordered from these guys for VW parts, BMW E30 parts and current BMW parts. Prices are reasonable and shipping is cheap or free, best Porsche DIY forum too. UUC (www.uucmotorwerks.com)- Mixed emotions here. I have ordered ALL of my shifters/knobs and a few other things from them and always been satisfied with product quality, the only problem I have ever had with them is when I order something they don't have in stock and have to back order- this is where communication and customer service fail for them. Arjun did personally resolve the last issue I had so the key is escalation if you're not satisfied with timeliness or total lack of updates. EuroSport Design (www.eurosportdesign.com)- GREAT prices and customer service, some of the best aftermarket prices you'll find with reasonable or free shipping.

bimmerworld was a nightmare for me...I purchased some wheels from them and they came w/ small dents on the lip. numerous attempts to contact them and only got pushed away by their staff. I have all the email logs w/ me for proof, but I also ordered small arts from them w/o issue
rennspec get's my shot out. they are professional and great to work with, not to mention the only authorized ess s/c vt2 installer **********s-I've heard of horror stories and been advised not to deal w/ them in every which way, but in the end they had the best prices on some big ticket items and they were easy to deal with. The negatives were associated w/ customer service post purchase. I haven't any issues w/my items so I can't help there ESS-great guys if not a little preoccupied w/ the e90 stuff, but they always come through and offer some of the industries best standards Tischer-always a pleasure to deal with and you know you're never getting ripped off. My local BMW dealers scoff at their prices and won;t come near them that's it for our vendors I've dealt with. I also have a list of great people to work w/ in so cal if you care...pm me

I find AutohausAz to be very competitive and they have free shipping for orders over $50. The only complaint I have with them is that if they are out of stock of something and they don't know when replacement stock is coming in, they will effectively drop it from their order and you may lose the free shipping on that item. Otherwise, they use OEM suppliers, they ship same or next day and their pricing is hard to beat.

Another for Tire Rack. Reasonable prices/shipping and great customer service. Very good at keeping you in the loop on purchase status and answering phone/email questions.
