iphone something is Really wierd here....... you need to send these video clips to ESS.
you either have a serious boost leak or...... the only other explaination is the wrong S/C pulley, my VT1 with its 5psi pulley made boost almost identically to how your VT2 kits making boost....my vt2 is around 3900-4000 im seeing between 1.5-2psi, by redline i see betweem 7.5-8psi, you kit is boosting in exactly the same way my vt1 did..... which was a 5psi pulley.

now im seeing your vacuum which is nice and strong, great figure, you either have a monumental boost leak under boost or the pullies wrong, Ess now need to take this car in and re-check things imo...... according you your boost gauge your running vt1 power so 445, your basically missing 60hp which is right in line with the alot Quicker than stock but not mind blowing performance you commented on......

iphone their are so many places where this boost pipework is butted up against sharp items in the engine bay, i think you may have a boost leak if the pully is around 85mm, something isnt holding pressure right...... im SOOOOO GLAD you did what i told you Re a boost gauge as i felt from your description that you wasnt getting the proper boost, now with this video ESS HAVE to act, youve got this installed at a reputable ess installer, you've done all you can do bro..... this needs proper testing....

things that need checking..... all boost pipes and clamps as they break very easily.
BPV for leaks
Complete intake system pressure/smoke tested
check s/c pulley size

Honestly????? i think the complete boost pipework needs to come off the car and be inspected thoroughly then re-installed..... 5psi is simply not exceptable, 6.5 is a fair trade off on a 7psi pulley but your getting vt1 peformance...... ESS will help you but you really need to speak to them and show them that video, thats pretty much answered your issue...... this will more than likely explain some tune issues your having as its not running as it should be.

...... im just wishing i was in the usa, id be straight round your house working this out with you, especially as my comments have directly led you to get this kit, im really gutted your having so many issues...... having taken off the boost pipe work myself on my own VT2 their is a lot of clips, i even found a broken installed that the tuner bust and lazily put back on ;-) what youve done now iphone is youve isolated your issue to boost......... now the real fault finding can begin. i still believe ALOT of this is done to a poor install as any self worthy shop should test boost and fault find imo....
