this guy has had a solid offer OVER his asking price, agreed a sale, stopped contact when it came to following through with photos and moving the deal forward... The buyer is overseas so how on earth can he send money overseas and be confident when the guy isn't communicating. No way. if i had a big money item like this for sale id be all over the comms with it, the man has the sale and then doesnt follow through with pics of the item as it stands .. alarms bells ringing, if its like this now, whats it going to be like when he has someones money and no real motivation to communicate.
