I just pulled mine to read the passkey. It' on the left side, behind the carpet. The sticker with information is on the front, so the TCU had to be removed from the bracket, which is really no problem. The hardest part is reassembling the carpet connectors.
It is also a good time to install a Dice or Intravee modlue while the carpet is off. Also, my car had a big piece of foam, approximately 10x6x5" that was glued to the rear carpet, and it had fallen off. I reattached it with velcro.
