Help with jrz suspension

So today I was changing my springs to 550 on the front since I kept complaining my car was too stiff, and when I removed the bump stop, both of them were shredded......I asked my friend and he thinks my springs are too short which is 6". but I am already at the lowest setting and I have 1 finger and a half tire to fender which i think is still too high.

He also think my shocks are bottoming out damaging the bump stops or bump stop is too long.

Do you guys think there is a flaw in the jrz design? Or its just from e36 car which is a little longer?

I would get a helper spring or longer spring to solve this problem, but then my car would be 2 3 fingers higher which is idiotic.

Any help will be appreciated. I am also gonna contact jrz to see, cuz I dont see any solution atm. thank you!
