This is a Driver Education event conducted by the Porsche Club at Pacific Raceway:

BTW the Porsche Club does allow roadsters with factory roll-over protection (Boxster, Honda S2000, BMW Z3/Z4, Corvette) to participate in their DE events. The BMW Club, on the other hand, does not allow roadsters/cabriolets at their High Performance Driving Schools.
