very familiar.
The "guibo" is probably shot, too.
I think you have to take the whole thing out.
I've been looking at how to do it myself.
My guibo has some cracks and I want to replace that center carrier bearing and every other wear item while I'm in there.
I haven't figured it all out yet, or found a DIY.
