I now have the splitter installed.
Looks good and is very strong and no wobble....
One thing for others.
I don't like the 'washers used as shims' added to the dowels.
The longest dowels metal or plastic I can find at HomeDepot are 1" long.
I am looking for a long plastic dowel rod that I can custom cut to get ride of those extra small washers. Once I find it, then the install will be perfect..
