I can only speak of one place: Don's Hot Rod shop (
http://donshotrodshop.net/). It appears their website is currently under construction, but you can google their address... you'll have no issues finding it. I got 10 gallons (100 Octane) from their shop a couple of months ago- great guys to deal with and good quality gas.
They do have gas cans as well; however, you can just go to Walmart or Autozone and find better prices on the cans.
