I have a set of 18x11 apex EC-7's same size all round for the exact reason you stated the quality of the rims are OK mine came with lots of blemishes and one was 200gm out of balance but value for money is good.
I am how ever going to get a second set of lightweight forged rims as the apex are still quite heavy with tyres mounted. I'm thinking rotiform blq concave forged.
But the guys from apex were good to deal with and had no problem shipping to Australia I would defiantly buy from them again
