did you have to take the supercharger off to the the pulley off? How are you going to calculate the belt size for your new pulley?

I would wait to get the pulley before cutting the spacer; then you can measure it on the car and get the spacer cut locally. Needs to be fairly precise.
You just have to hold the pulley in place while you loosen the bolt; then it just slides off (if not, heat it up with a torch). The stock pulley on my kit was a 2.7", so I'll just use the same belt.
