Sat March 3 Thunderhill (Nor Cal) with NCRC $129

NCRC is running an event at Thunderhill on March 3.

As of now, all classes are still open, but point-by is close to closing.

I'll be there with a couple friends of mine (Skelekitty will not be there due to an art show commitment).

NCRC runs a pretty bare-bones, but very well run and organized day at the track. By bare bones I mean instructors, lunch, drinks, and other frills aren't provided. Event cost is ~129 dollars. You can get an instructor for extra (basically you pay for their day at the track), but this isn't a BMWCCA event where the focus is on instruction. It is, however, a good way to get in more practice and put into play what you learn at other events. If you're an experienced driver, it's a cost-effective way to enjoy the track.

NCRC has started a "guest" program this year for frequent (experienced) drivers. This program provides five entries (open track or race) at any of our Thunderhill events at no cost to frequent drivers that have not run with NCRC before. Basically their way of getting more drivers out to see what they have to offer. See this for qualifications and so forth.
