I believe the squeak is the result of the pad moving on the rotor. As you add and remove weight from the car the ride height changes and the wheel moves thru an arc. It probably is a fair amount of torque being generated by the small ride height change.
Nothing to worry about... either ignore it, set the brake harder or find quieter rear brake pads
