I'm assuming dealers are lowballing on their initial trade-in offer by at least 10%, so I'm guessing I have a couple thousand of play based on how much they're willing to come off the list price of the M Coupe.
Based on the listings I've seen, Z4 coupes are listed around the $27K mark and M coupes have generally been $29-32K used and $31-36K CPO. However, I don't have much of a sense for how much they're actually selling for. The MSRP gap is around $10K but I'm not sure what depreciation does after a few years. Anyone else with experience or even an opinion is more than welcome to chime in.
Also, what's everyone's feeling on CPO vs. used? Is the premium worthwhile? Say I can get a M coupe around $29K, would it be worth it to pay $31-32K for a CPO for essentially 2 additional years of warranty?
