I'm using Kics R40 lug nuts
I'm using 90mm studs with this setup & the studs poke out just slightly.

side note...
the Kics R40 lug nuts with hardened floating seats are the cats ass.
With the floating seats they torque up much more evenly
& if you have your wheels off/on as much as I do, they really help to minimize wear & tear to the wheel seats.
