I have not had to take off the A Pillar yet, but will be doing a video on that as soon as I get back to Cali for some other things I think. The wire slips between the crevice quiet well.
The purple/white wire was gotten from tons of reading on other posts. It is an accessory power and works just fine as well. I think initially I was looking for the green/white but some of the colors were harder to distinguish..the purple/white just stood out to me.
