i just first want to say that i've been running a 225x35x20 on a 20x9.5 on my other car (vip sedan/toyota crown in japan) for a long time and obviously i don't track it but it works just fine and i do drive 'spirited' as they say,, had the same size tire on the same size rim on my last car 05 lex LS430 for like 3 years and it was just fine too.

i've also run 245x35x20 on 10.5" wide rims no problems and presently run a 265x30x20 on a 11" wide rim on my crown without any issues. these are mild to medium stretches in the vip community, but we obviously don't track our cars
