If I were you I'd get a newer Z4 with a warranty, better gas mileage, and less problems associated with aging. I do think the Z4MC will be more fun than a regular Z4, but you're not looking for a fun car... You're looking for a practical car.
ACTUALLY if you don't love the M3 then why don't you sell it, get a 325i/328i for a daily driver, and get an M Coupe for the fun stuff?
