Congrats on the car! FYI, Ramon and Nicole run the shop but they do rely on a highly skilled staff to complete the majority of the work. Hence, he will defer to the person who actually inspected the car (fair enough). The shop can come off a bit unfriendly at first, but they know their Bimmers and most customers by first name.
