My track wheels are the E46 M3 wheel you reference and I have Toyo R-888 tires mounted; 245/40-18 front and 255/35-18 rear. I have a 10mm spacer up front to allow clearance on calipers and the TC Kline DA coil over struts.

E46 M3 18" Wheels:
F: 18x8 ET47
R: 18x9 ET26

Stock Z4M Wheels (which I don't even have, but for comparison purposes):
F: 18x8 ET42
R: 18x9 ET30

I would like to get Nitto NT-01s in 240/45 18 front and 275/35 18 rear. Sounds like people have done this successfully with the stock Z4M wheels. Does anybody see any problem with doing the same on the E46 M3 wheels?

Inner clearance on the front is reduced by 5mm, but I suppose I could always use a spacer if it was an issue. Rear inner clearance is increased by 4mm, and outer clearance reduced by 4mm, but I don't see that being an issue.

Not to complicate things, but my current wheels and tires are as follows (and I've had no problems with rubbing even on the track.)

F: 19x8.5 ET30 235/35 19
R: 19x10 ET37 275/30 19

Any help or comments are welcome. Thanks.
