Alright so another call to vortech and it appears there's a pretty crappy design flaw with these valves. If they are physically pushed open or you happen to run your car without the vacuum side attached and it sees enough boost to open the diaphragm will collapse on itself and stick it open.
Knowing that I went ahead and disassembled and rap ired it. I took some pics with the phone.
Not crazy faster the before, but definitely faster, the throttle response was the biggest improvement.I'm going to reset my adoptions and I'll have to get it redynod soon, I'll probably work something out with the dyno place and get them to let me swap the section 1 exhaust mid dyno session.
