Quote was for 3 hours of work because there were a couple other things to look into--adjusting the intake so it doesn't hit the hood or strut tower even when the engine moves, investigating the BPV whistle, and apparently multiple boost checks.
The leaks were: some kind of nut on the BPV that needed to be tightened down, and one of the hose clamps (I believe also connected to the BPV but not certain). I will have them pointed out when I pick up the car.
