Enabling M-Track mode on a Z4MC (Toronto area)

I've tracked my coupe over 6-7 days this summer and found the normal DSC to be fairly aggressive at cutting power on corner exit.

I think my tire choice further exacerbates this, since running 245/40/18 front and 265/35/18 rear puts the relative circumference of the rear tires something like 2% lower than stock.
I think this makes DSC thinks there is always an extra 2% of wheel spin and so it intervenes earlier.

For those of you that have it (Mirko and a few others from BMW Trillium days), is it worth getting the M-track mode enabled?

Does it limit yaw rate/rotation but allow for wheel slip/spin under that limit?

More importantly, can I get the coding for it done somewhere in the Toronto/GTA area?
