My kit is on order, with 135mm and 82mm pulleys. Got the flash tuner also to reduce downtime, make it easier to re-tune when needed, and reduce ECU damage risk by shipping it.
As for an 8 rib setup, I can get this done also, but I'm worried about building a 525+ kit with smaller pulleys without some hard data first. I don't want my daily and only driver to be a prototype vehicle.

The 550 kit has 79 & 135 pulleys with good grip. The Gen3 has a extra bearing after the sc that push the belt more inwards and provide even a higher belt grip over the sc pulley. Now my car has the 575 kit which uses a 77mm pulley. My car is a E46 M3 but i think that on the Z4M the issues is not the hardware but the software, as the ecu is more difficult to crack compared to the E46 M3.
