The turbo manifolds are already coated.
No need to coat the downpipe as it is behind the turbo which is under the car.

John made more progress today. He found out that one of the O2 sensors was not heating up. Certain codes cause the ProEFI to not control the engine correctly and factory O2 sensor codes are a biggie. John is installing another factory O2 sensor today and it will be back on the dyno.
