The rear wheel-well gap between the tire and the edge of the fender is still pretty wide on stock suspension. The gap width is still unchanged if you move the wheel further out. It sucks that Z4um is dead.
GV from Belgium had posted a picture of a regular Z4 on regular 19" M3 wheels that would've been a good example.
